What's included: ● A questionnaire to understand your (medical) history, where you are now, your concerns and goals. ● A 60-minute 1:1 session to assess your voice and nervous system and plan how to best support you. ● A personalized plan and practical exercises you can start using right away. Other important information: ● There is absolutely no obligation to book additional sessions afterwards. ● This session can be done online (via Zoom video call) or in person in Velaux, France.
