The Vagus Nerve:
The Key To Health & Well-being
The vagus nerve is the longest cranial nerve that provides a two-way communication between the brain and major organs in your body, including your larynx (aka voice box), heart, lungs and gut.
The vagus nerve also plays a very important role in regulating your autonomic nervous system, as it is the main component of the parasympathetic nervous system. This means that when you stimulate this beautiful nerve, you can easily activate your 'rest and digest' response, helping to bring your nervous system into a state of calm and relaxation.
Vagus nerve stimulation also helps to improve your vagal tone.
Higher vagal tone means that your body can relax faster after stress, allowing your body to grow, repair and restore itself.
In other words, your vagus nerve is the key to calm yourself down quickly after stress or when you feel overwhelmed and can help to improve your physical, mental, emotional and vocal health, and give a boost to your sense of well-being.
In this online Masterclass, you'll learn the most important things you need to know about this amazing vagus nerve and its healing power. Plus, it includes simple yet powerful vocal exercises to stimulate and decompress your vagus nerve, which you can easily integrate into your daily life.

Thank you so much! It was so interesting and I felt so relaxed after the exercises. Made me consider how I'm teaching sovt exercises as well and bringing more of the relaxation element in to lessons and choir sessions. I'm planning to dive deeper into polyvagal theory now as well.
