Semi-Occluded Vocal Tract (SOVT) exercises provide more benefits than only warming up/cooling down your vocal folds, releasing unnecessary tension and improving your voice. They also stimulate/activate and decompress your vagus nerve, helping you to reduce stress, calm your nervous system and improve your overall health and well-being. That's why I'm organizing this Masterclass to explain you more about this.
