1:1 Coaching Package

This 3 Month Coaching Package Includes:

● Questionnaire
● 1 x initial session (45 min) which involves delving into your (medical) history, where you are now/what your concerns are and where you want to be, so we can formulate a plan for future sessions
● 5 x biweekly 1:1 coaching sessions (60 min each)
● Personal advice and hands-on exercises/tools to achieve your goals and wishes
● Sms/email support (Monday - Friday)

The 1:1 coaching sessions can be done online (via Zoom video call) or in-person.
